In Borderlands 4, besides completing the main mining quest, side quests are also crucial, offering numerous rewards.
For example, after completing the main quest, Shadow of the Mountain, and unlocking Belton's Bore as a primary faction town, you'll unlock The Importance of Being Furnished.
Wrenchless Allen is a man who values artistic creation. He runs a humble art stall in the game. If you meet him in the game, he may invite you to join his artistic journey, but he no longer remembers where the chair instruction manual is. Your task is to help him find it, but beware of attacks from his art critics along the way.
How To Craft Wrenchless Allen's Chair?
Wrenchless Allen is located in a small stall on the right side of the second-floor room. Approach him and speak to him to accept this quest.
First, he instructs you to search the trash cans located on the same floor as the vending machines. You'll need to follow his instructions and search the trash cans along the staircase. However, the side quest cannot be so easy, so there must be nothing in the trash can.
He then instructs you to check the washing machines, located directly below and across from the trash cans. After searching six washing machines, you'll still find nothing. Wrenchless Allen finally gives you crucial information: go to the grill.
Next, follow the path out of Belton's Bore and onto the section between the two bridges. Look for the grill in the rest area and find the clue inside. After talking to Wrenchless Allen on the phone, you will be attacked by a group of art critics led by Ripper. They are very dissatisfied with Wrenchless Allen, and you need to defeat them.
After completing the above requirements, return to Belton's Bore and find the chair fragments Wrenchless Allen needs. The chair fragments are scattered across the following five locations in town:
- On the wall near the bridge at the town entrance;
- On the crate next to Belton's Bore Active Checkpoint;
- On the floor above the doorway to the circular alcove on the left side of the room;
- On the upper floor on the left side of the room, above the trash can;
- On the two blue barrels outside Belton's Bore entrance.
Once you have collected all the chair fragments, bring them back to Wrenchless Allen's stall and assemble them. You will then have two choices: sell the chair to Wrenchless Allen or destroy it.
End-Of-Mission Rewards
While you are making this choice, Wrenchless Allen may be temporarily marked as an enemy, but you cannot harm or attack him; your only target is the chair.
However, no matter which method you choose, this side quest is successfully completed, and both options will give you basic rewards in the end, including some Borderlands 4 money and items.The only difference is that if you choose to sell the chair to Wrenchless Allen, you'll receive an additional cash reward: EXP, 1,000 Cash, and some Eridium. This is his way of paying you back for your hard work.
At this point, the side quest has been successfully completed. I believe that you, as a smart person, have quickly grasped the key points. So don't hesitate, open the game quickly, complete the quest and get the rewards.
