It previously allowed your core skills to deal an additional 40% to 60% damage, thereby significantly amplifying the potency of your Hammer skills. However, this bonus has now been reduced to a range of 5% to 15 - undoubtedly a significant nerf.

In exchange, however, you gain access to an incredibly powerful set of Charms that can boost the damage of your Disciple skills by up to 500%. This means your Blessed Hammer skill receives a massive buff, largely offsetting the negative impact of the aforementioned nerf.
