Disney Dreamlight Valley released a free update for Whispers of the Wind on April 8th. This update includes new characters, new gameplay, and limited-time themed events.
Whispers of the Wind theme is inspired by Disney animated film Pocahontas. In this themed event, accompanied by a gentle and mysterious wind, you will embark on an exploration of more secrets in the forest with the protagonist, Pocahontas.

Pre-Event
Before starting Whispers of the Wind event, you need to unlock Moana in your Valley, Forest of Valor, and Dazzle Beach biomes.
Follow the swirling leaves with Moana, which will lead you to the soft glow on the sea-together you will uncover the long-forgotten memories of a mysterious island, and along the way, you will meet a new companion-Pocahontas.
The Call of Pocahontas
The story of Whispers of the Wind revolves around Pocahontas, and you need to complete a full questline.
Mysterious Island
After Disney Dreamlight Valley Whispers of the Wind update goes live, a colorful wind carrying a mysterious glow will sweep across the entire Valley.
With Moana's help, you'll follow the floating Glowing Algae and Swirling Leaves, who will guide you to an unknown sea shrouded in strange light. With the navigator's perfect teamwork, you'll traverse the mist and land on a previously undiscovered mysterious island, unveiling the prologue to this adventure.
Awaken Memories
On this mysterious island, you need to find Memories scattered throughout the island to piece together clues and gradually awaken Pocahontas's dormant memories.
These memory fragments will connect to a magical natural phenomenon-Moontide Glow. This phenomenon is subtly altering the ocean and the moon around Valley, and Pocahontas has his own thoughts on it.
In helping her regain her memories and find herself, she will also bring her home, Yehakin, back to Valley, making it a new landmark.
Celestial Celebration
After bringing Pocahontas back to Valley, you'll need to help her organize a grand celebration called Celestial Celebration at Dazzle Beach to welcome the upcoming magical luminous phenomenon.
This celebration is not only a tribute to the beauty of nature but also a crucial ritual to welcome Pocahontas's loyal companion-the raccoon Meeko. You'll need to use Starlight's Glow collected during the celebration to craft a special lure and magically bring Meeko back to Valley, making him your trusted companion.
As your friendship with Pocahontas deepens, you'll unlock more exquisite friendship rewards, including her exclusive outfit set.
Olaf's Grand Exhibition
Welcome to Olaf's Grand Exhibition in Disney Dreamlight Valley, a special exhibition center built under the supervision of our beloved Olaf. It's a museum-like place showcasing all the amazing items we've collected. It's also an Olaf Friendship Quest designed for Olaf.
In the game, you need to have unlocked Olaf character to trigger this quest. After the update, talking to him will start the quest. Your task is to help him collect Disney Dreamlight Valley Items needed to build the museum and find a suitable location for it in Valley.
Currently, the museum has two themed galleries open: Peaceful Meadow and Dazzle Beach, with more biomes to be added in the future. Each gallerie is divided into three core areas.
- Aquarium: Showcases unique fish and seafood from various biomes. In Peaceful Meadow Aquarium, you'll need to offer biome gems like Garnet to unlock subsequent collection quests.
- Diorama: Through interactive models, it tells stories and events related to various biomes, recreating the memories of Star Valley.
- Habitat: Provides a warm and adorable home for the animals of each biome. In Peaceful Meadow, you need to offer biome-specific foods such as apples to complete the construction of the eclipse.
To facilitate collection, all three exhibits introduce a blueprint system similar to that in the previous Wishblossom Ranch expansion. You can easily plan and complete collection tasks by following the system's guidance.
Elements of Nature Star Path
Like the previous Disney Dreamlight Valley Star Path, Elements of Nature Star Path offers two routes: Free Path and Premium Path. Premium Path costs 2,500 Moonstones to unlock, granting access to 6 tasks, all 35 rewards, and exclusive Bonus Rewards.
The core gameplay involves completing various Duties to earn Tokens, which can then be redeemed for desired rewards.
Other Events
- Elements of Nature Star Path: This is a free, nature-themed event where you can earn rewards such as nature-style furniture and clothing.
- Vault Rewards: A new feature in Star Path, allowing you to redeem previously missed Star Path rewards by completing daily tasks, enabling both new and veteran players to complete their collections.
- Spring Floating Festival: A limited-time event running from April 29th to May 19th, where you can earn exclusive rewards by participating in new puzzles and challenges.
- Troves of Treasure: Running from May 27th to June 9th, this is a return of a classic event where you search for hidden clues in shimmering waters to win rewards.
