  • New World Update 1.9.5 Patch Notes! - Fireworks, Good Fixes & Brimstone Sands

I believe many players know the news of the recent New World patch 1.9.5 update. Here I will take you to detail the content of this update and my thoughts on it. Let’s start.

    Patch Overview

This update, in addition to various bug fixes, now allows free access to Brimstone Sands for players of all levels. But there is still an insignificant problem. This bug affects the player’s first use of all emotes in the game.

But I’m not sure, they actually look cool, though maybe a little different issue. So let me show you the patch notes here, and then we’ll talk about it at the end.

As you’d expect from these patches. They started the downtime update on June 13th at 11pm PT and lasted for an hour. But depending on where in the world you are, standard rates and times apply.

New World: Update 1.9.5 Patch Notes

    Firework Emote

The patch notes have some interesting stuff, and I’m really curious about what you guys think. The flip side is that the first part of this patch note feels like an ad that usually comes with updates. We see them adding new stuff to the store. But as we’re just scrolling through it, you’ll notice that this update adds a lot of different emotes.

These Emotes are all Fireworks based and have no problem at all for me. Therefore, the main content of this update is Fireworks. I mean you heard me right, they’re going to put Fireworks.

A single Firework costs up to 1000 Marks of Fortune, or you can get a pack of 10 Fireworks for 10000 Marks of Fortune. I mean, it’s literally the same thing, same price. It doesn’t matter if there is no discount. But they have several Fireworks, including:

    • Flower Firework Emote
    • Dynasty Firework Emote
    • Dryad Firework Emote
    • Ancient Firework Emote
    • Shooting Star Firework Emote

    New World: Firework Emote

These Emotes are not individual, it is a whole Pack. This differs from getting 10 Fireworks directly. It’s actually a separate thing. You actually need to spend at least 25,000 Marks of Fortune for this.

But if you want to get all 5 Fireworks, there is still actually a discount. If you’re thinking about getting those Fireworks, I’m pretty sure there’s only one use for that. On top of that, you won’t be able to use it for free all the time, as you’ll still have to spend 1000 Marks of Fortune every time you use it. So these Fireworks are for really rich people who just want to show off.

I’m assuming so, because there’s no reason to get a pack of five if you’re only using it once. Even if you know people might like it. At the end of the day, it’s just a cosmetic thing. It doesn’t actually affect gameplay in any meaningful way that you know of.

Of course, if you’ve eliminated Fury of the Spriggan, throwing on some Fireworks to celebrate might make you happier. I kind of wish you could make it in a game, but I don’t really care.

    Unlock Brimstone Sands

Then there’s also the notable opening here of Brimstone Sands. Many players indicated that this was unlocked as far back as New World patch 1.9.4. But they’re only now starting to mention it. I guess better late than never. I’m glad they’re making this change, and to be honest, my concern with the game in the long run is that it puts too much emphasis on vertical stuff.

You have to do X before you can do Y before you can do Z. At some point, they have to make X and Y easier. Because everyone you know well and has passed. So no one is doing it, so these are design issues and challenges. The team will have to face the future, but ultimately open this up as an open area.

New World: How To Unlock Brimstone Sands?

    Bug Fix

Then they also made fixes for some of these noteworthy issues. First, they fixed a very controversial issue that at least caused Leyson Reese not to appear in the designated location, thus blocking MSQ process.

Second, there was also an issue that resulted in Yonas not appearing on players who had not completed Ritual Quest prior to the release of Brimstone Sands has also been successfully fixed.

They also fixed an issue with Yonas’ idle animation, that would often trigger incorrect tool animations. Also, a bug that was very disruptive to gameplay has been fixed, which often prevented players from exchanging Fury of the Spriggan gear for New World Coins.

They also fixed an issue that was preventing players from completing Season Tasks related to non-repeatable quests. They fixed an issue that was preventing players from previewing Gryphon Item skins. As well as they fixed an issue that caused players to no longer see their character when switching screens on the main menu.

    New World: Bug Fix Patch

    Final Thoughts

So aside from the fact that they added these Fireworks, it doesn’t look like a big patch this time around. We’re getting a lot of cool Firework Emotes from this update patch. Although many people don’t like these Fireworks, but it may be a nice decoration, if you don’t mind that it is a onetime use.

Finally, according to the devs, at least Season 1 will roughly end here for the next 22 days, so we’re ready to go into Season 2 anytime.

Needless to say, I’m eagerly awaiting more expansion packs, news and information. Plus, there’s some cool stuff rolling out to PTR this week, so we’ll keep testing it to keep you guys updated with all the latest short patch notes.

  • Honkai Star Rail: How To Complete Hacking Reality With Silver Wolf?

Many players have been waiting for Silver Wolf since its release, just like me. Before you start Hacking Universe, I have some information for you to get the most out of Hacking Reality with Silver Wolf in Honkai Star Rail.

Silver Wolf is a Quantum type Path of Nihility released by the first Banner of Honkai Star Rail1.1 patch. She is a very worthy character. If you haven’t tried it yet, you can try it out by getting an appropriate Honkai Star Rail Account.

Honkai Star Rail: How To Complete Hacking Reality With Silver Wolf?

    Skills

Let’s review her abilities first so you can get a good idea of what exactly she does for your team. Her Talent gives Silver Wolf a chance to plant one of three bugs based on Trace level when attacking enemies. These bugs can debuff attack, defense or speed. Once implanted, bugs persist for three rounds.

Like most other characters, her basic attack deals Quantum damage equal to her attack stat based on Trace level, and also has a chance to plant bugs from her Talent.

Her abilities have a chance to give the target a random type of weakness to your party member based on Trace level and reduce their damage resistance to that type by 20% for 2 turns. If it is not possible to implant a weakness into an enemy, it will not reduce damage resistance. For example, if you have Lightning and Quantum types of characters, then the target already has both Lightning and Quantum weaknesses.

In addition, within 2 rounds, there is a chance to reduce the target’s All-Type Resistance by a certain percentage according to Trace level. On top of that, it also does the same amount of Quantum damage based on Trace level.

Honkai Star Rail: Silver Wolf Gameplay Showcase

A really pleasant aspect of this ability is that if she implants a Quantum Weakness on a target, it can weaken many enemies at once. In my opinion, this is one of the most versatile and useful abilities in the entire game.

Her Ultimate, User Banned, has a chance to reduce the target enemy’s defense for 3 rounds according to Trace level. It also does a certain amount of Quantum damage based on Trace level.

How To Maximize Silver Wolf’s Damage?

If you build Silver Wolf correctly, you’ll be able to use her ult a lot. Her ultimate move will deal damage equal to 80% of the attack power of all enemies and deal toughness damage to all enemies regardless of the type of weakness.

Enemies that get Weakness Break Effect from it will always get Quantum Weakness Break Effect, even if they don’t have a Quantum Weakness. This technique is very useful and will help you prepare for the fight and deal good damage to most enemies at the beginning of the fight.

Overall, I think her outfit is pretty good at the basics. Even if I’m not managing a mono or dual type team, she has a lot of Utility. This allows her and your other characters to successfully deal massive damage and create opportunities for your heavy hitters.

Honkai Star Rail: How To Maximize Silver Wolf’s Damage?

At the same time, she becomes the most important support character on your team, allowing Seele to deal more damage to enemies who encounter Quantum’s weak point. I think any Hunt or Erudition unit would greatly benefit from the presence of Silver Wolf, even outside of the ability to grant weaknesses.

In the short time I’ve had Silver Wolf, she’s had an enormous impact on my team. When I needed the flexibility of choice for a two-team setup in Forgotten Memory and Memory of Chaos, she was an instant lock.

    Traces

Now let’s look at her Traces. It extends the duration of bugs implanted by Silver Wolf by 1 turn. Every time Silver Wolf kills an enemy, there is a 65% chance to plant a random bug on the enemy.

Silver Wolf already distributes the debuff left and right, so considering her Technique has a good chance of crushing enemies at the start of combat. Inject increases the duration of her ability Weakness Inject by 1 turn.

If 3 or more debuffs affect the target, her last Trace ability reduces all type resistances by an additional 3%. 3% doesn’t seem like a lot, but it could be the difference between winning a melee fight and having to redo the same melee fight.

Honkai Star Rail: Silver Wolf Amazing Debuffer

    Eidolons

Moving on from her Trace ability, let’s take a look at her Eidolons.

E1: Social Engineering. This Eidolon provides Silver Wolf with 7 Power for each debuff the enemy has. This effect stacks up to 5 times for a total of 35 Power each time she uses Ultimate.

E2: Zombie Network. Reduces effect resistance by 20% when an enemy enters combat.

E3: Payload. It adds 2 levels to skills and talents, up to a maximum of 15 levels.

E4: Bounce Attack. 20% more Silver Wolf attack damage per debuff on the target. This effect stacks up to 5 times, increasing the total damage potential to 100% of Silver Wolf’s attack stat.

E5: Brute Force Attack. This increases her Ultimate by 2 levels, up to a maximum of 15. It increased her Basic Attack by 1 level, up to a maximum of 10 levels.

E6: Overlay Network. Silver Wolf deals 20% more damage to the target for each debuff the target has, capped at 100%.

Honkai Star Rail: Silver Wolf Eidolons

If you have Eidolon 6 Silver Wolf, you can do a lot of damage as long as you can inflict enough debuffs on enemies. Eidolons don’t specify what type of debuff it is. So if you can get a couple of debuff units, how much damage potential Silver Wolfs could have with her ult. But I’m not sure if the result of doing this is necessarily suitable for all supporting roles.

Her damage is already pretty good at E0, so I wouldn’t worry about trying to get her Eidolons. Unless you really want to run her as the main DPS.

    Relic Sets

As far as Relic Sets go, right now I’d go with Musketeer of Wild Wheat, since it adds both attack damage and speed. If you use Seele and Silver Wolf, you will consume skill points. So making Silver Wolf the fastest unit on the field means you can generate a lot of skill points, displacing her and Seele’s skills.

Honkai Star Rail: How to Play Silver Wolf?

In terms of Planar Ornaments, I would go with Pan-Galactic Commercial Enterprise set. Because it both increases your Effect Hit Rate and gives you an attack bonus based on your Effect Hit Rate.

I think it’s worth digging out good gear for Silver Wolf. She’s a good enough character to warrant the work you put into Relic. I don’t have the best settings yet, but I’ll be using all of my Trailblaze power over the next few weeks to get a better one.

  • Honkai Star Rail: Why Silver Wolf Must Be Worth Your Pull? - 8 Reasons

As a new character in Honkai Star Rail 1.1, Silver Wolf is unknown to many players. Here I will tell you 8 reasons why Silver Wolf must be worth your pull.

But first, a reminder that everything stated here is just my opinion and not conclusive evidence for deciding whether you should pull Silver Wolf. Please take all results with a grain of salt.

    Synergy

She’s fine now, but she’ll get better with more characters. This is because in her current form, she works well with a Single target DPS like Seele and provides a tremendous benefit to your entire team.

But as a natural debuffer, when more characters come out, she can synergize with them and become more useful.

Honkai Star Rail: Why Silver Wolf Must Be Worth Your Pull?

    Unique Skills

She is not just a defense debuffer. In fact, she utilizes various debuffs to attack enemies’ weak points. Her basic attack can inflict random “Bug” debuffs on enemies.

Her skills allow her to impose the weaknesses of her allies on her enemies, reducing their resistance. Her Ultimate deals a lot of Quantum damage and has a chance to “Entangle” enemies, dealing extra damage and delaying their actions. She also has a passive ability that automatically applies Entanglement and Bug debuffs to her enemies.

Related: Honkai Star Rail: What Impact Will Silver Wolf Have On The Meta?

Finally, her unique ability allows her to ignore enemy weaknesses and drain their Toughness when entering combat. She has a chance to Entangle the enemy if the enemy’s weakness is exploited.

This means she is the best of all characters when it comes to debuffs. Because she can greatly reduce the speed of the enemy, cause a lot of damage to the enemy, and reduce the Toughness of the enemy.

Honkai Star Rail: Silver Wolf Skills

    Team Composition

She opens up possibilities for interesting team combinations. We can make up for RNG weakness of her skills with monotype team. This is something I don’t see often in Honkai Star Rail. But given that it doesn’t spawn Elemental Resonance like it did in Genshin Impact, it would be an interesting and viable team combo. Could theoretically do some baffling damage.

There is also Himeko as the main DPS and Burn applier. Plus Asta, she and Himeko fit together seamlessly. You can also use Fire Trailblazer as a shield and Silver Wolf debuff at the end.

In addition to monotype teams, she allows you to bring certain elements of your character into battle where enemies are usually resistant to that element. For example, you can take Silver Wolf, Seele, and two Lightning characters to the boss to fight against Svarog. This way, Silver Wolf will always apply Quantum weakness to Svarog.

Honkai Star Rail: Silver Wolf Best Team Build

    Damage Buff

By my calculations, Silver Wolf increases my Seele’s damage against 20% Quantum RES enemies by about 48%. And the higher Quantum RES of the enemy, the higher the percentage of Silver Wolf’s damage increase to Seele.

Because the higher Quantum RES, the less damage Seele will do to enemies. So when Silver Wolf applies Quantum debuff, it reduces the enemy’s Quantum RES to 0%. This also applies to every character of every damage type in the game. In short, she increases the damage done by your DPS units across the board.

Honkai Star Rail: Silver Wolf Buff

    Complementary With Pela Skills

Silver Wolf differs completely from other Nihility units. For example, Pela’s focus is to use her ult to debuff all enemies in the field. In fact, although Silver Wolf increases the damage of my Seele to a 20% Quantum RES target by 48%.

But Pela can increase Seele’s damage to all 20% Quantum RES targets on the field by 43%. This means that Silver Wolf’s debuff is Single target, but has a higher rate smash defense than Pela’s debuff.

As mentioned earlier, Silver Wolf also debuffs several areas and applies weaknesses, while Pela only debuffs defenses and increases energy regeneration. This makes Silver Wolf a formidable unit.

Finally, Silver Wolf actually does a ton of damage. Don’t do that much damage like Pela, unless you put resources into her heart. It doesn’t mean she’s better than Pela or Pela is better than her. It just means that having a Silver Wolf will fill in the void for Pela’s debuff, and vice versa.

Honkai Star Rail: Silver Wolf Gameplay Showcase

    Strategic Debuff Stacking

Silver Wolf’s debuff ability opens up the possibility of strategic debuff stacking. By combining her debuffs with those of other characters on your team, you can create powerful synergies and enhance your overall debuffs on enemies. This strategic approach can significantly increase damage and improve the team’s overall effectiveness in combat.

Honkai Star Rail: Silver Wolf Top Debuffer

    Meta Doesn’t Matter

Honkai Star Rail is a PvE game where you can play as the character you want. Who cares how strong they are in Meta? Do you like Silver Wolf’s skills? Do you think she is cute? Do you like her animation and voice?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you can try it out, regardless of what people are saying about her kit.

You don’t need to compete with other players, as long as your team is strong enough to clear the game content. And Silver Wolf is definitely a powerful support in your team. Calling her will not let you down. So, get a Honkai Star Rail Account and try out this role.

Honkai Star Rail: Silver Wolf is Only a Must Pull if You Don't Have This

    Role Conception

From her attire to her expressions, even her bubblegum. She might just be the coolest and cutest design in the game so far. You must definitely pull her if you want to own this divine design.

    Final Thoughts

Here are 8 reasons why I summoned Silver Wolf. Keep in mind that her gear definitely has certain shortcomings, but in my opinion, she’s still a sympathetic character to work on.

  • Diablo 4: Why Do You Need To Dive Into The Lore Before You Playing? - 5 Reasons

Before you get Diablo 4 installed and ready to go, allow me to share five interesting reasons to dive headfirst into Diablo 4’s rich lore. Believe me, it’s worth it.

If your curiosity is piqued, let’s dig into these reasons, unraveling them and discovering why they can make your trip to Sanctuary even more fascinating.

    Motivations And Decisions

The first reason is to understand the characters’ motivations and decisions. Knowing their backstories is not just for filling in content and talking to NPCs, it’s an important way to understand their behavior and how the story develops next.

    Diablo 4: Characters’Motivations And Decisions

Let’s take Lilith as an example. Once upon a time, an Artist made a promise never to hurt her. But she is stirring up all the trouble. We’re forced to run afoul of him before we even find her.

There is currently no obvious answer. Just to unravel the layers of conspiracy. This is the magic of seduction. It turns gameplay into investigation, finding clues, adding a whole additional dimension to the game. So knowing knowledge is not just for trivia. It adds depth to characters, provides a context for their actions, and potentially even influences the decisions we make in the game.

    Understanding References

I know I wouldn’t be on the side of binaries if I could, and a good way to make these informed decisions is uncovering references. This is where the lore transforms Diablo 4 from a game of massive clicks into an epic adventure filled with moments of surprise.

Blizzard has a knack for filling their games with subtle uses of lore. For lovers of knowledge they are like hidden treasures waiting to be discovered.

Every discovery, every connection made adds a touch of satisfaction to your gaming experience as you learn about it. It’s like entering a secret world and makes the world of Diablo 4 feel more real and immersive.

Diablo 4: Some Things To Know Before You Buy

Gaining lore can help you appreciate game content, but it turns your gameplay into a scavenger hunt. Each references another gem to add to your collection. If you quickly level up during the game to open more treasure hunting locations. Perhaps you can try Diablo 4 Power Level Boosting service to help you speed up the upgrade process.

    Maximizing Value

When you’re putting around 70 Diablo 4 Gold into a game, you want to squeeze every last drop of value out of it. I think the law is where value is found. Understanding the law isn’t just about enjoying the main storyline, it’s about uncovering a whole world of content waiting to be discovered.

It’s like a key that opens many of the game’s locked doors, revealing more layers of the story. Have you ever noticed that some side quests seem to be irrelevant? But when you delve into the laws in the story, they seize on a whole new meaning.

Also Read: 5 Tips You Need To Master When Diablo 4 Release Hits

Or how in-game audio logs and gear descriptions often contain nuggets of law related to the larger story. This is no accident. It’s designed to enhance gameplay and provide a deeper, richer experience.

So not only does the law add another depth to the game, it also prolongs the engagement. Instead of simply rushing to the endgame to get the best gear. You’ll find yourself spending more time exploring every corner of the world, enjoying movies, listening to audio logs and poring over each item’s description.

Diablo 4: The Story of Sanctuary So Far

    Choosing A Class

A fourth reason will affect your choice of class. Next thing you might be thinking, what does the law have to do with my choice to be a Barbarian or Sorcerer?

Every class in Diablo has a backstory. A culture, a unique Sanctuary in the world. They’re not just a bunch of stats and abilities. They are characters with history and tradition. And Legal is where you’ll find all the useful information.

Let’s take Barbarian as an example. They’re not just muscular Warriors who like to smash things. They gave their lives protecting Sacred Tobe in Mount Airy. Now these noble Warriors roam Earth, seeking redemption for what they perceive as failures. Now, isn’t that more appealing than simply choosing a character?

The knowledge behind each class not only adds depth but also makes connections. You’re not just playing a character. It’s no longer about which character looks the coolest or has the best abilities, it’s about which story resonates with you the most.

    Diablo 4: Who is Lilith?

    It’s Awesome

This ultimate stop on our journey into the importance of Diablo’s Law brings us to the heart of the matter, the story itself. The fifth reason, and perhaps the most interesting one, is simply because Diablo lore is so interesting. This is a narrative revealed in shades of gray, complex characters, intricate moral dilemmas and hard choices.

Think about Norris and Lilith. They made decisions that would make most people think they were bad guys. But when you dig into their backstories, their motivations and intentions, things are not so clear.

It’s not just about good and evil. It’s about the characters and their struggles or victories and losses. It’s about world-building where heroes can go down and villains can have noble intentions. So if deep, nuanced storytelling is your thing, getting to know God in depth before playing the game is not just a suggestion, it’s a must.

Diablo 4: 5 Reasons to Dive Into the Lore Before Playing

    Recap

Five solid reasons why knowing the lore before playing Diablo 4 can significantly enhance the gaming experience and allow you to truly understand each character’s motivations and decisions.

It provides background reference for the storyline throughout the game, maximizing your investment. It turns your gameplay into an epic adventure full of depth and discovery. It gives way to your classes choices, creating a connection between your ending and your character. Knowledge is not only power, it’s the key to unlocking unforgettable adventures.

    Outro

All in all, if you haven’t entered the game yet, you might as well get to know more about the background of Diablo 4’s story first. Perhaps this will make your Sanctuary adventure more exciting.

  • Elden Ring: Top 10 Best Weapons In Patch 1.09.1 - PVP & PVE

Today we’re diving into the hot topic of the most powerful weapon in Elden Ring. Elden Ring patch 1.09.1 brings some changes to the game.

Many weapons types have been buffed or nerfed. And for some specific weapons, Ashes of War skill has been greatly improved. So here I am going to take you on a tour of the 10 most powerful weapons in Elden Ring patch 1.09.1.

Elden Ring: Top 10 Best Weapons for PvP & PvE 1.09.1

    1. Death’s Poker

Death’s Poker has tons of explosions. But it has to be set upright to unleash insane damage. But trust me, it’s totally worth the effort. This weapon received a major upgrade in patch 1.09.1. They increased its speed, range, and recovery time to make it even more powerful.

In PvP, he surprises unsuspecting opponents as if the explosion couldn’t hit them. They weren’t ready for those Lightning Strikes. I think the community completely underestimated this weapon, despite its potential. If they had seriously buffed the weapon, it would have felt more satisfying to use.

    Elden Ring: Death’s Poker

    2. Reduvia

Reduvia has been made faster, with better range and recovery. It can build up bleed like any other weapon. Its attack speed in power stance is so fast that it can deal 30k damage in just a few seconds.

Its Ash of War has also been upgraded. It acts like a shotgun when used at close range, dealing bleed damage to enemies. At medium range, you still get a nice bleed boost to make up for the range that daggers rarely have.

Reduvia is undoubtedly one of the best weapons in Elden Ring. It’s a bleed machine, the ultimate source of bleed damage.

    Elden Ring: Reduvia

    3. Bloodhound’s Fang

Bloodhound’s Fang is pretty much the best early Elden Ring weapon. It now gets some major improvements in speed, range, and recovery time for various attacks.

Many players consider this to be their weapon of choice throughout their first playthrough. You can apply buffs to it, it has inherent bleed damage, and its movement gear has been upgraded. So, for all those who like to use this weapon as their primary tool, whether in PvE or PvP, it’s perfect.

    Elden Ring: Bloodhound’s Fang

    4. Bloodhound Claws

These Claws got a huge buff in the latest patch, taking their damage to new heights! Whether you are in PVP or PVE combat, you will inevitably encounter shielded enemies.

And Bloodhound Claws can easily slice through shields. These Claws come with Bloodhound’s Step ability, which allows you to dodge lightning by being briefly invisible.

In addition, these Claws have an inborn accumulation of bleeding. This means you can shave off an enemy’s health while slashing their defense. If you want to boost the damage, you can enhance them with spells and consumables. So Elden Ring Runes is essential. But you can get 5% off at IGGM.com with the code “CSCCA”. Hurry up and try it.

    Elden Ring: Bloodhound Claws

    5. Black Knife

Black Knife is a weapon you absolutely want to get in the mid to late game. Mainly because it can deal with some serious damage to enemies with its physical and Holy power Slashing and Piercing attacks.

It has a skill called Blade of Death. Not only does it reduce the target’s max health, but it also keeps dealing damage over time. That’s why it’s a boss killer in PVE.

Since bosses usually have a lot of health, just one hit with Ashes of War Skill will reduce the target’s HP by 10% for 15 seconds. This means defeating bosses is a breeze.

All in all, Black Knife is a powerful and must-have weapon. It has the wicked Blade of Death skill and has the potential to rip through bosses like anyone.

Elden Ring: How to Get the Black Knife?

    6. Marais Executioner’s Sword

Marais Executioner’s Sword is an outstanding two-handed weapon that packs physical and magical damage.

In the latest patch, the weapon got some major upgrades. They tweaked the scale values, increasing its speed, attack range, and cooldown. But what’s really worth noting is Eochaid’s Dancing Blade skill.

With each spin, the weapon delivers a devastating blow, wiping out enemies in an instant. So, if you’re looking for a truly powerful weapon in Elden Ring, look no further than Marais Executioner’s Sword.

Elden Ring: How To Get Marais Executioner's Sword?

    7. Scavenger’s Curved Sword

Despite endless bleed nerfs to the game every patch, Scavenger’s Curved Sword is still the number one build of any bleed. This weapon can do a ton of damage if you set up your build correctly.

It causes enemies to bleed with almost every attack. If you use Ash of War Seppuku on it, it will give you more physical damage and blood loss.

The downside to this weapon, though, is that, as a Curved Sword, you won’t get the sort of satisfying stun effect you’d find with a larger weapon.

Elden Ring: Where To Get Scavenger's Curved Sword?

    8. Morgott’s Cursed Sword

In Elden Ring patch 1.09, Morgott’s Cursed Sword got a useful update. It not only has increased attack speed but also has a longer range and faster cooldown. It went from a simple weapon to a deadly one.

These changes make it even more deadly in combat. And Cursed-Blood has a quicker proc, making this weapon even more dangerous. This buff is insane. Therefore, they had to reduce its effect on Stamina in the patch 1.09.1 update.

Elden Ring: How to get Morgott's Cursed Sword?

    9. Dark Moon Greatsword

There are many reasons why this weapon is amazing. When you attack enemies, you can get a satisfying stagger effect. In the new patch, it got a speed boost, increased range, animation cooldowns, and the weapon’s stat scaling values were changed.

In some cases, Frost is even better than Bleed. As it reduces their health, it also increases the damage they take by 20% for 30 seconds.

Also Read: How To Build The Best Sword Of Night And Flame In Elden Ring? - Intelligence & Faith Build

The main reason why Dark Moon Greatsword is so powerful is because of its Ash of War. When you enhance a weapon with a Moonlight Greatsword, it grants an additional 65 Magic damage and 15 Frost buildup. Your heavy hits turn into powerful projectiles with moderate range and a wide area of effect, and only cost 32 mana.

The only downside is the apportioned damage of its Magic. But honestly, considering all the amazing features of this weapon, this small drawback doesn’t really matter.

    Elden Ring: Moonlight Greatsword

    10. Blasphemous Blade

Blasphemous Blade is arguably the best weapon in the game. In patch 1.09.1, it’s even better than before, with increased speed, range, and recovery time.

It’s the best weapon overall for a reason because of all the amazing features it has. It is a weapon that deals damage over time and provides lifesteal on kill. It also has both fire and physical damage, which is absolutely incredible.

Ash of War is one of the best moves in the game, with incredible range and wide coverage. It knocks people out in PvP while dealing massive damage and piercing through targets, allowing you to hit multiple targets at once.

    Elden Ring: Blasphemous Blade

It shines in almost every build, especially in PvE. It’s simply the most powerful and versatile weapon, and it keeps getting better for a reason.

All in all, these weapons have undergone nerfs and changes even in the new patch 1.09.1. But their powerful abilities are still worth your try.

  • Diablo 4 Patch 1.0.2d Update Notes! - Changes & Nerfs

Here we’ll be looking at the update notes for Diablo 4 Patch 1.0.2D. This is the first major balance update for Diablo 4, and it changes some builds.

So far, we’re not surprised that some of these builds are overtuned. But I didn’t expect it to be balanced at launch and make changes so quickly. Let’s take a look at what’s changed in this patch. First let’s take a look at Barbarian.

Diablo 4: Huge Nerfs in Patch 1.0.2D

    Barbarian Changes

This update reduces the damage reduction benefit of their challenging Shouts ability from 4% to 2%, which is a pretty significant nerf. And several areas have been nerfed, specifically affecting Whirlwind Builds.

Also, their unique item, Gohr’s Devastating Grips, has been nerfed. So basically the Whirlwind Barbarian changes are pretty dramatic. I don’t think we should terribly surprise anyone because level 100 Barbarian definitely limits endgame content.

Diablo 4: New Game changing Class Balance Patch

    Druid Changes

You may be a little disappointed when you enter Druid profession. First of all, here it has reduced Lucky Hit Chance from 33% to 25%. Spirit Boon Obsidian Slam you used to gain extra suppression, increases its requirement from 10 to 20 kills. So it’s about half as effective as it was before.

So when you use it, Pulverizes sends out a Shockwave, which does less damage. So basically, Bearer endgame build is heavily nerfed.

Obsidian Slam changes are a tough one for these builds. But it’s not all bad news for Druid. While Calm Before Storm's passive has reduced its Lucky Hit Chance from 15% to 10%, Lightning Storm’s damage has been increased from 32% to 40%. Diablo 4 Gold and experience it drop after hitting has been increased. So Lightning Gauge will get a little boost.

Diablo 4: Patch 1.0.2d What The Changes Mean For Your Class?

    Necromancer Changes

But Lightning Drew has some buffs on Necromancer, keeping nerfs away from Necromancer.

The first Grim Harvest passive has been reduced, but you can gain 9 Essences by consuming corpses at Max level. Serration used to give you 1.5% crit chance per 10 Essence when you cast Bone skills. But now at Max level it will drop to about 0.9%, so basically Bone skill will reduce the critical hit.

So basically this is Nerf to any build that uses Corpse Explosion you know and any Bone Necromancer build. However, that’s where Necromancer Blood Lance damage nerfs ends up increasing the damage of Army of the Dead and reducing the cooldown by 20 seconds.

This way, your minions cannot consume more than 30 max health at a time. This guarantees that they won’t be killed easily. Most of the time, you will probably heal them before they die. So basically what we’re saying here is that Bone Necromancer and Corpse Explosion Necromancers have been slightly nerfed.

Diablo 4: New Update Just Changed Everything

    Rogue Changes

Rogue Twisting Blades have been significantly nerfed. The cooldown of each enemy has been significantly reduced. As a result, Twisting Blades will be a bit less effective than before, and Dark Shroud will gain about 50% less Shadow from skill levels. It has reduced the critical damage bonus of enemies you hit with Dash by 5% and affects critical chance.

When you knock down an enemy, you get roughly 20% less benefit. I think it’s mostly getting knocked out by poison traps or something like that. So they hit most of Trapper and Twisting Blade’s builds.

It’s not all bad news, they have buffed although Rapid Shot. So now it seems to be more effective in mixed melee range builds. I don’t think you can just use Rapid Fire in builds, and our bonus damage increases from 30% to 40%.

Diablo 4: Patch 1.0.2D Update Notes

    Sorcerer Changes

Finally, we come to Sorcerer. Its Arc Lash Lucky Hit Chance has been nerfed, from 30% to 14%. Also, the cooldown of Arc Lash has been reduced from 0.25 seconds to 0.15 seconds. It changes Shimmering Teleport damage reduction from 5 seconds to 3 seconds, almost halving the duration of the damage reduction.

A small amount has reduced Aspect of Control’s bonus damage. So this will mostly affect the cross Sorcerer.

Also Read: 5 Tips You Need To Master When Diablo 4 Release Hits

    General & Paragon System Changes

Reduced maximum damage taken over time per damage instance from 2% to 1% of maximum health. For Paragon system, they basically nerfed most of Glyphs in Paragon system. This doesn’t affect too many people right away. But once they end the game, this will affect those who have reached level 50.

Diablo 4: The new Paragon System Changes

Final Thoughts & Full Patch Notes

So this is a very interesting patch. I haven’t seen a game launch with so many balance changes since Pillars of Eternity. We could make some baffling strong builds in that game, most of which got nerfed within the first few weeks.

It wasn’t all bad news though, and while most of the class took a hit, they weren’t hit too hard. Regardless, nerfs will move as fast as any future patches will. I hope to see another patch with more balance in the future.

  • Diablo 4: A Full Explanation Of The Mechanics Of Lucky Hit Chance - Formula & Applications

Lucky Hit Chance, also known as LHC. I’m sure you’ve read a lot of articles about Diablo 4’s Lucky Hit Chance. But all of them, including some of the biggest Diablo sources, are repeating the same basic details without really answering the harder questions.

Without further ado, let’s take a thorough analysis into how Diablo 4’s Lucky Hit Chance works. First, let’s start with the basics. You can actually see the not-quite-right Lucky Hit Chance tooltip in-game by going to Options, Gameplay, and then turning on Advanced Tooltips.

Diablo 4: Most Comprehensive Lucky Hit Chance Guide

    Basics Of LHC

This will make Lucky Hit Chance show up on your skill UI. While this is sometimes technically misleading, it gives you a rough indicator of Lucky Hit Chance for most skills, so it’s still useful.

Now, I’m going to use an analogy to help you understand Lucky Hit. You can think of LHC as Critical hits rate and Lucky Hit effect as Critical hits damage. Critical hits and Lucky Hit are definitely different, especially Lucky Hit effect and Critical hits damage, but in essence, they both increase your combat power at a certain trigger rate. Except Lucky Hit is a step more complicated than that.

Let’s look at the standard formula for LHC. There are two conditions to guarantee Lucky Hit Chance, the first of which has a chance condition, and the second is an effect, not one condition like Critical hits rate. This makes Lucky Hit event less likely.

Also Read: Why Diablo 4 Might Not Be Right For You? - Four Reasons

Let’s say you have a 50% critical hit rate, and you do 100% extra damage to critical hits. An attack that deals 100 damage without Critical hits. Deals 200 damage on Critical hits. This means you do 50% damage on average.

But after you have to go through the first condition of Lucky Hit, there is always a second condition that you have to pass to get the result. That’s why I said Lucky Hit effect is harder to trigger than yours. But whether there is a Lucky Hit Chance or not, it also depends on the skills and equipment you use. So I still suggest that you can use Diablo 4 Gold to get some suitable equipment.

Diablo 4: What is Lucky Hit Chance?

    Lucky Hit Chance Formula

Therefore, the chance of a Lucky Hit event is the ability’s Lucky Hit Chance multiplied by (1 + the sum of all Lucky Hit rewards) multiplied by Lucky Hit effect’s trigger chance.

Some people think that if your skills have 5% LHC base and your gear gives you 50% Lucky Hit Chance, then the ultimate Lucky Hit Chance is 55%. This is absolutely not true. In fact, Lucky Hit Chance will become 7.5%. It’s because LHC bonuses you get from talent trees and gear actually add up and multiply with your LHC skills.

Now, let’s answer your questions about LHC and DoT. Yes, Lucky Hit does work on each individual DoT. The easiest proof is Poison Imbuement, a pure DoT skill, 33% LHC. Cold Imbuement, on the other hand, does no harm and has no LHC.

Diablo 4: Lucky Hit Chance Formula

    LHC Applications

Now that you know how Lucky Hit Chance is actually calculated, how do you apply it to your build?

Assuming this unique Lightning Storm armor, it has a unique effect. Basically, it facilitates Lucky Hit builds by summoning Lightning AoE every time it triggered a Lucky Hit event. This piece of gear does very high damage and you want to build around this armor.

So, you find another piece of gear. Let’s say you have a 30% chance of getting a 50% damage buff for 3 seconds after a Lucky Hit. But the duration is not long, so you want to get as many Lucky Hits as possible to keep the buff.

If you’re playing a Rogue, you’ll need to choose between the penetrating shot core skill and the rapid fire core skill. Rapid Fire is actually 20% LHC per shot, not 20% total. And the penetrator is 50% LHC.

This means that not only is Rapid Fire superior in terms of damage and resource drain against a single target in a single cast, but it also has a higher chance of procing Lucky Hit. This is clearly better than the 20% chance suggested by the tooltip.

    Diablo 4: Understanding Lucky Hit

However, let’s say the armor doesn’t summon Lightning AoE or there is another similar item. Instead of AoE, it summons a single target Lightning Strike with higher damage. And you still keep Lucky Hit damage buff from other sources. Now, regardless of other sources of investment, piercing shots are better in AoE scenarios when you’re clearing out lots of mobs. Whereas Rapid Fire is better at dealing damage to a single target.

Since the armor now deals damage to single targets, you’re already pretty good against bosses. But if you’re still running Rapid Fire, you’ll have a hard time dealing with hordes of monsters.

When clearing monsters in AoE, it’s fairly easy if the piercing shot only hits 3 targets, it now has a better chance of triggering Lucky Hit to keep your damage buff. Penetrating Shot will also better balance your builds around clearing group mobs and bosses.

All in all, the above is my comprehensive analysis of the basic concept, formula and practical application of Lucky Hit. Trust that understanding Lucky Hit in its entirety will help you make better choices for your build.

  • WOTLK Classic Phase 3: Everything You Need To Know About The Upcoming Argent Tournament

Do you want a way to remotely access your bank at any time of the day? Do you want a unique and visually stunning map? This is something no one else in the game has.

    Sunreaver & Silver Covenant

As we enter Phase 3, Argent Tournament 3.0 update makes it the place to be with new quest rewards and vendors. I’ve got all the information you need about Phase 3 Argent Tournament’s massive new update.

First, there are the new Sunreavers or Silver Covenant Agent NPCs, depending on your faction. These NPCs will be added to your daily quests. These NPCs include new quest givers and a vendor who will trade you for brand new rewards.

WOTLK Classic: Update coming to the Argent Tournament

Shimmering Wyrmling Pet & Argent Warhorse

These rewards include two new maps for Sunreaver and two new maps for Silver Covenant, each with 100 and 150 Champion’s Seal. There’s also Shimmering Wyrmling Pet, which is visually stunning.

But that’s just the beginning of the new rewards, as there’s a new NPC in Trial of the Crusader 10-man just west of Argent Tournament. Nikki will only talk to you if you are Exalted Champion of Alliance and Horde.

She has brand new Argent Warhorse, worth 100 Seals. These also pair perfectly with the new Argent Crusader’s Banner.

There’s also the new Tabard of Argent Crusade, which teleports you to Crusader every 30 minutes. It costs 50 Seal and is a moderately useful change.

You can get all PVE Heirlooms from Squire David and Nikki. But the really exciting item is still Argent Pony Bridle. This is a direct upgrade to your Argent Squire or your Argent Gruntling, and it costs 150 Seal.

It gives you the option of a four-hour cooldown. You can access the supplier’s bank or mailbox, which is the only way for non-engineers to remotely access the bank.

    WOTLK Classic: Argent Tournament Guide

    How To Access These NPCs?

So you might be wondering how to access these new NPCs to access Sunreaver or Silver Covenant vendors. You just need to get promoted in their faction. You must also support at least one other city. This means you’ve completed five days of daily quests and earned 25 Valiant’s Seals.

If you want to visit the new NPC that trades Argent Pony Bridle and Heirlooms. You must be the honorable champion of your faction. This means you’ll have to earn Argent Tournament in each city by completing basic Daily until you’ve earned 25 Valiant’s Seals in each city.

But that’s not the case, you have to earn enough Reputation in each major Classic city to get all the dropped WOTLK Classic Gold rewards. And the best way to maximize your city rewards is to turn Runecloth and Leatrix Plus. It can automate the entire process or speed up an add-on. The problem is that Runecloth is too expensive.

So, right now I’ve been turning to early game quests for Reputation as well. Argent Tournament's daily quest is also a must as you get Champion Rises. Each mission has 500 Reputation points.

I’ve suggested looking for Champion’s Purse in the past, but Bogling Root has to be less than seven silver for Champion’s Purse to be any better. Unfortunately, Faerlina costs over 20 silver on my server.

So now we have access to all new suppliers. But can we also get Champion’s Seal for rewards like before doing Arjun? Argent Tournament Daily Quests are still the best way to earn Champion’s Seal. But the good news is that they’ve added a ton of new Daily Quests, and they’re much easier than the old ones.

    WOTLK Classic: The Sunreavers Reputation

    New Daily Quests

I’ve compiled everything in my full Argent Tournament 3.0 cheat sheet, refer to that if you need any more hints on the map or each quest for an in-depth exploration of the brand new Sunreaver and Silver Covenant Daily Quests.

These Daily Quests each provide a Champion’s Seal. So they are always worth doing. Narasi Snowdawn provides two quests per day.

One of these quests is required to find Reckless. He’s near Doctor Kohler, west of Argent Tournament camp. You just have to kill the call test nearby to get the key. You can open the four cages and unlock Cole’s cage above.

Also Read: My Analysis Of The Current Situation With Official Hardcore Servers For WotLK Classic

The second quest is one of four options. One option is A Leg Up, where you need to get tall Nexus-Strider Legwraps all over Hrothgar’s Landing. The island is just north of Argent Tournament, where most of your day-to-day work will take place.

Back in the quest you can also get a random quest rescue at sea, you just have to go north to your faction ship and kill Berserkers and Harpooners. If your faction votes too crowded, you can fight on the opposite faction’s ship. But you will attract extra mobs.

Another option is to fly to Light’s Mercy and find Harggan. Then click Prayerbook on the villager in this alley. If you’re tired of putting random items on your hotbar, My Macros and Cheat Sheets combine all items into one slot.

Then the fourth Daily Quests option is Stop The Aggressors. This is a peaceful island 10 Cavalry kill mission. There is also an NPC that offers Sunreaver and Silver Covenant Daily Quests.

WOTLK Classic: Argent Tournament Daily Quests

Sylvanas Windrunner and Tylos Dawnrunner will randomly offer one of three daily quests. First Goramosh wants Snowball, this quest sends you to K3 to net Snowball. I have a great Macro that you can spam.

Another option is Breakfast Of Champions, and the quest requires you to use Earthshaker Drum near Dirt Mound, north of Brunnhildar Village.

Another quest is to acquire Kraken. This is a bombing mission, and you can start by simply riding Hippogryph outside the western tent. Wait until you get close to Kraken and spam your Macros to do this quickly.

These new big changes to Argent Tournament are great. So please look forward to the upcoming new content. I believe we will not be disappointed.

  • Elden Ring: How To Create The Best Dexterity Bleed Build? - Bloodfire Ronin

Welcome to my Bloodfire Ronin build guide. It’s an agile build that utilizes Nagakiba’s ultra-long reach, Double Slash Ash of War’s quick lethal strikes, and Bloodflame Blade to wreak havoc on your enemies. And carve out your Samurai with unstoppable power.

You can start this adventure right from the beginning of the game, as these basic items are available early on. I’ll give you in-depth advice on early and late Talismans, gear options, and character development.

Elden Ring: Bloodfire Ronin Build Guide

    Nagakiba

The weapon we’re using in this build is Nagakiba. Originally, I was thinking of using Uchigatana for this build because of its better scaling and fewer stat requirements. But Nagakiba’s incredible range makes all the difference. It is the longest Katanas in the game. This extended range allows us to strike enemies from a safe distance without risking getting too close.

I especially like Nagakiba’s running R2, which is a thrusting attack with super long range, allowing us to attack enemies before they have a chance to fight back. It has the same attack speed as Uchigatana despite its great range.

Overall, this is an incredible Katanas, perfect for any status effect build, especially Bleed. Because it comes with a passive Hemorrhage buildup like most Katanas. You can get Nagakiba after you complete Bloody Finger Hunter Yura Questline.

    Elden Ring: Nagakiba Weapon Guide

    Double Slash

Ash of War we used for this build was Double Slash. When activated, it will perform 2 Slashes left and right, then activating the weapon skill again will perform 3 quick Slashes. And the final activation will perform a final overhead Slash.

Its initial attack is fast, allowing you to catch enemies that are about to attack you. Of course, Nagakiba’s high reach also contributes to this advantage. Finally, thanks to its quick succession of attacks, you can apply almost any status effect, like Bleed or Frost, with a single use of this Ash of War.

While it consumes almost no FP, it has a relatively high stamina drain compared to other Katanas abilities. This means that managing your Stamina is crucial when using this Ash of War.

Elden Ring: Ash of War Double Slash

    Bloodflame Blade

Blood Incantations are a powerful weapon buff. Not only does it increase Fire damage proportional to Faith, it also gives your weapon a unique Blood loss build-up effect.

As you use Bleed weapon, Bleed build-up starts decreasing immediately after each attack. This means you’ll need to hit your enemy repeatedly to successfully trigger Blood loss effect.

However, with Bloodflame Blade, things are different. After attacking with a Bloodflame Blade, not only do you deal weapon damage and passive Bleed as usual, but you also apply Bloodflame debuff to your target, causing blood loss to continue to rise.

Elden Ring: How to Get Bloodflame Blade?

    Seal

To apply Bloodflame buff to your weapon, you need a Seal. It doesn’t matter which Seal you use, as only Fire damage increases with Faith, and we don’t have high levels of Faith.

Additionally, Bleed build-up provided by this buff does not increase with Arcane or Seal upgrades. This means you can use an unupgraded Seal to buff your weapon and you won’t notice any difference to a fully upgraded Seal.

Elden Ring: The Best Sacred Seals Guide

    Keen Affinity

For Uchigatana Affinity, you can choose Bleed or Cold. I chose Cold because this is a Dexterity building with very little Arcane investment.

Triggering Frostbite causes the target to take 7% to 10% of their maximum health in damage and increases damage taken from all sources by 20% for 20 seconds. During this time, the target is immune to any further Frost.

However, if the target suffers any Fire damage, this effect will expire immediately. Since we’re using Bloodflame Blade, which adds Fire damage to our primary weapon, you can apply and remove Frostbite consistently to maximize the percentage damage when Frostbite is triggered.

    Talismans

An important piece of Talisman in our arsenal is Rotten Winged Sword Insignia. It will increase our attack power according to the number of times we attack in a row. The faster we hit the enemy, the higher the damage. However, if we slow down the attack speed, the bonus gradually decreases.

Millicent’s Prosthesis does exactly the same thing as Rotten Winged Sword Insignia, but it increases our Dexterity by +5.

Also Read: Lords of the Fallen is a game more like Elden Ring than expected

There are two reasons for choosing Millicent’s Prosthesis as your Talisman. First, you can get Millicent’s Prosthesis early in the game by completing Father Gowry’s quest. Unlike Rotten Winged Sword Insignia, you have to complete Millicent’s entire quest chain to get it.

The second reason is that you can pair Millicent’s Prosthesis with Winged Sword Insignia, which is a lesser version of Rotten Winged Sword Insignia.

    Elden Ring: Millicent’s Prosthesis Talismans

We’re also using Lord of Blood’s Exultation Talisman, which increases attack damage by 20% for 20 seconds when you trigger a Blood loss.

There is also Shard of Alexander, which increases the damage of weapon skills such as Double Slash and Storm Blade by 15%. There are other viable options, but these are the ones I consider essential for this build.

    Final Thoughts

The above is the detailed process of my creation of Bloodfire Ronin build. I hope these can help you understand this build better. If you want to try this build too, you might as well take advantage of Elden Ring Runes to get these suitable gear above. In addition, you can use the code “CSCCA” to get 5% discount in IGGM.com, hurry up and try it out!

  • Everything You Need To Know About Creating Poison Soulrend Build In POE 3.21!

Earlier, I shared my Cast While Channeling Poison Soulrend with the players. Many players still have doubts about this. Therefore, I will introduce this build to you in detail again.

    Skill

Our skill of choice is Soulrend. When you fire a projectile, the projectile has infinite penetration and can turn towards enemies. So we don’t have to accurately target the enemy.

Since this spell is chaos based, we can add Poison and my favorite Ascendancy class, Pathfinder. On the boss you’ll need to cast it yourself, but when just doing the map we’ll use Cyclone while channeling.

    Path Of Exile: Soulrend Skill

    Cast While Channeling

With all of this, we’ve got a really cool look. Makes a really nice build for mapping and bossing. Casting While Channeling doesn’t require breakpoints, attack speed, or anything, so we don’t have to worry about that.

If you use Awakened Cast in boot, it’s pretty cheap. You can cast 3.3 spells in a second, which is great for clearing.

We use Pathfinder because this Ascendancy is pretty much the best choice for Poison builds. When you channel Cyclone, you slow down your movement speed. But with the addition of Ascendancy Flask effect, we can easily bypass this. We also have baffling recovery during boss fights. Also, we can add a Ring, Nimis, to our build.

Path Of Exile: Cast While Channeling

    Nimis

With Nimis, it will fire all projectiles at random. In exchange, they will be returned to us. On top of that, this Ring does roughly 3-4x damage to a single target. Since they return all projectiles to us, we fire 5-6 projectiles depending on whether you have Helmet Enchants or not.

Even without this Ring, the build is still very good. But its damage to a single target isn’t amazing. You have to stand near the boss so that when the projectile returns to you. It hits more times. That’s why I cast spells in melee range.

    Path Of Exile: Nimis Ring

Why Do We Have 3 Curses?

We can use 3 curses in our build. Since each character can have 3 Power Charges, our Curses limit is 3.

Since we’re using Poison as our primary source of damage, we can use Despair to lower the enemy’s Chaos Resistance, and use Temporal Chains to make our Poison last longer on the enemy.

    Path Of Exile: Curse Bots

    Bad News

I have to tell you there is one more bad news here. Since you have to use Crucible Tree to Soulrend, you’re limited to a few weapons. This mod only works with a few weapon types.

On one handed weapons it rolls 2 extra projectiles, so you’ll need a shield with the mod or use another weapon in the off-hand. But your damage will be much lower than Staff.

If you want to give it a try, start unhide Staff on your filters and try making one for yourself. The base type doesn’t matter, any Staff can roll out mods. Or you can just use one of the larger multiple projectiles in Green Gem slot.

Also Read: Path Of Exile: The Clearance Tutorial Of The Maven's Questline

    Defensives

We have Elemental Ailments Immunity. Because Ancestral Vision Modifiers we use can do Spell Suppression Damage and are also suitable for avoiding Elemental Ailments.

Another best thing about this build is that we can convert almost all physical damage we take into elemental damage. Because we added a Flask effect node. If you put more POE Currency in Helmet Implicit, you increase the damage effect.

Path Of Exile: Exploring Petrified Blood & Steel Skills

But don’t use it when there is a unique enemy nearby, as it won’t work on Sirus when he does a Meteor Cast. And we treat that much damage as elemental damage, so we can use all elemental damage reduction with Flask. This way we reduce the damage we take physically, which we convert to elemental damage.

If you haven’t used this Aura before, using Petrified Blood restores over 50% of our health without Life Flasks. We’re only getting close to 2k health regen from our Life Flasks and increasing all the time.

This time I tried a new Flask setup. We use a replica of Sorrow of The Divine for Eldritch Battery. This way we can keep all our mana, and these Life Flasks will also work with Energy Shield. But you have to press Life Flasks every 5 seconds, otherwise your Energy Shield will also be depleted.

    Items

Since we’re using an Eldritch Battery, we need every possible Energy Shield. You also need Crucible mode Soulrends to fire 4 additional projectiles. Use some unique POE Crucible Items in your builds.

Lightning Coil is for really big physical damage reduction. Nimis can increase the damage of a single target. We can also use 3 curses with Anathema, making my Amulet.

    Passive Tree

We will use eight passive cluster gems. Includes passive skills like Wicked Pall, Unwaveringly Evil and Unholy Grace. Rare jewels mods cause you multi life and projectile speed damage over time.

Path Of Exile: Cluster Jewels and their Notables

You need to get each one, because Crucible weapon tree is slowing down the projectile speed, so we use this to counter. Also, if you’re not using Enlighten level 4, you’ll need to get jewels with mana retention efficiency like I did.

    Finally

Hope this content can help you understand this Poison Soulrend build. Hope you have a smooth game journey. Good luck.

  • Diablo 4: How To Create A Lightning Storm Druid Build? - Leveling & Mechanics

Today there is a guide on my leveling for Lightning Storm Druid. It’s fun to play, and very liberating when applying electricity to knock bosses or hordes of minions back into hell.

This guide can help you troubleshoot any issues you may encounter during the build process, so you can have a smooth and fun experience. First, I’ll explain how Lightning Storm works and how you can actually fight it.

    Lightning Storm Mechanics

Due to its increased strength, this ability has some very interesting issues. It will increase Lightning Strike counts for as long as you hold down the button of your choice, capped at 5 levels. And every time Lightning Strike will automatically roll Lucky Hit, Crit Strike and Overpower chance. These phases also do not increase the spell’s psychic cost.

Diablo 4: How To Build A Lightning Storm Druid?

Now, Channeling takes some time, which greatly limits our DPS. We need to solve this problem by improving this ability. Since each strike has its own area of effect, it must overlap the target to deal damage.

Another brilliant mechanic for this skill is AoE zone that prevents Lightning Strike from spawning outside the perimeter, making narrow hallways your best cover. And rushing to stage 5 is advantageous here because it’s more likely to hit small targets with multiple bolts.

    Other Abilities

Next, let’s talk about support abilities. These are used to enhance your defenses, giving you mobility and Spirit Generation.

    Diablo 4: Poison Creeper

Poison Creeper is a powerful CC ability that immobilizes targets. We can later use this for other collaborative purposes. However, since they are immune to CC, this is a pretty bad ability compared to powerful bosses.

Another option is Blood Howl, which heals you for 20% of your max health and gives you 20% Spirit, anyway. It also transforms you into a Werewolf and also spawns an extra Spirit when you passively transform back into a human. Each kill also reduces the cooldown of this skill by 1 second, allowing for some really nice healing and Spirit Generation when taking out hordes of monsters.

Also Read: Knowing These Equals Knowing Everything About Diablo 4!

Eastern Bulwark is an exceptionally powerful defensive barrier ability. It grants you an unstoppable buff for the duration and acts as a damage mitigation mechanic for reinforcements. This unstoppable buff makes you immune to CC and breaks already applied CC. We can combine it with Legendary Powers for extra movement speed and longer duration.

Trample is a movement ability that knocks back targets and gives you another instance of unstoppable. Legendary Powers can later further increase Spirit Generation of this ability based on the number of enemies you control with knockback.

The last ability of choice is Cataclysm, which gives us a tremendous source of vulnerability and knockbacks. At the same time, the extra damage caused by this skill is effective for bosses.

    Diablo 4: Cataclysm

    Spirit Generation

Lightning Storm costs us 16% Spirit and Wild Impulses Passive, which means we need to offset this cost with our kit of choice. Much of this comes from Wind Shear hitting enemies and adding richness to our Spirit Generation earlier.

The more we progress, the more we gain access to other ways. Such as Spirit Boon Energize, which can give us Spirit when Lucky Hit. We also get +0.1% resource generation per point of Intelligence, which further boosts Spirit Generation of this build.

    Diablo 4: Spirit Generation

    Legendary Aspects

Each of the Legendary Aspects you can earn by completing dungeon or story quests. While none of them are required to build functionality, all of them will greatly enhance its functionality, resulting in a faster and smoother upgrade experience.

    Overcharged Aspect

First, Overcharged Aspect. It gives you insane damage against bosses, especially against bigger targets, since there are more chances to trigger the debuff. You can get it in Scosglen’s Mariner’s Refuge. Also, never put any Legendary Aspects in your weapon. This will only cost you extra Diablo 4 Gold and will not do you any good since you will be changing weapons regularly.

    Aspect Of The Umbral

Second, Aspect of The Umbral is great for your psychic generation, especially when using Poison Creeper. This aspect can be unlocked by completing Champion’s Demise on Dry Steppes.

    Diablo 4: Legendary Aspects

    Aspect Of Mending Stone

Aspect of Mending Stone is an Earthen Bulwark that is very strong defensively and also gives you a boost when killing monsters. It is able to extend the unstoppable buff even further. We can unlock this power in Sealed Archives dungeon in Dry Steppes.

    Ghostwalker Aspect

Finally, you can further combine this power with Ghostwalker Aspect, which increases your movement speed. You can also walk through monsters, ignoring unit collisions. This aspect also applies to Trample, which can be unlocked by playing the campaign in Scosglen.

    Spirit Boons

For Deer, grabbing Wariness reduces damage to Elites. For Eagle, grab Avian Wrath for a ton of critical hit damage. Wolves pair well with Spirit Boon Energize, giving you a bit of Spirit Generation when it comes to Lucky Hit. Finally, there’s Snake, which periodically reduces Catalyst’s cooldown before starting Lightning Storm.

Diablo 4: Spirit Boons Deep Dive

Druid can further gain a second boon of animal attributes. This should be used to get an Overload in Snake or Bolster in Wolves. Overload is great for extra clearing, but that shouldn’t be a big deal for this build. Bolsters will give you additional boosts that are hard to come by alone.

    Wrap Up

Anyway, here’s my guide to level Lightning Storm Druid in Diablo 4. I’ll cover this endgame build guide in more depth when it’s released. Hope this guide helps you.

  • Honkai Star Rail: Thoughts And Exploration Of New Character Jing Yuan

I was very wrong about the characters in Honkai Star Rail at first. Seriously, I never thought I’d actually like the characters in the game. But since I’ve used them, I’ve found myself really like the way they play.

Of course, a large part of the reason is that the game system constantly encourages you to try original characters. It’s fun to learn how the different kits work and apply what you learn to be more successful in combat.

Among them, the newest character in the game is also the second limited 5-star character, Jing Yuan. When I heard he was going to be featured next, I wasn’t expecting it initially. But as a new DPS, he has a very interesting design, giving us some insight into the character design philosophy. We can also see more future possibilities for him.

Honkai Star Rail: Everything you need to know about Jing Yuan

    Kit Breakdown

By far, I think the best thing about Honkai Star Rail is the sheer practicality of most of the roster. The very nature of having to use distinct elements to break through weaknesses obviously encourages you to use a variety of characters. At the same time, giving you so many useful options up front also makes the game great for F2P.

Future 5-star characters are almost guaranteed to be stronger. Jing Yuan embodies this perfectly, as his damage cap is obviously insane. But he also has some glaring weaknesses that are inherent in his design. Let’s quickly break down his abilities.

Jing Yuan starts with a base speed of 60 and 3 strikes per move. Each hit can randomly hit an enemy in the field and cause partial damage to adjacent enemies. You can hit up to 10 times, each of which increases Lightning Lord’s speed by 10%, and both values reset after performing the attack.

This attack will not trigger when Jing Yuan is dead or affected by an immobility debuff such as Freeze or Imprisonment. You can increase the number of layers through Jing Yuan’s other skills. His abilities deal damage to all enemies and stack two times, and his ultimate ability deals damage to all enemies and stacks three times.

Honkai Star Rail: Jing Yuan Full Gameplay Showcase

    Pros And Cons

Jing Yuan can deal massive electric damage and is adept at clearing out wave after wave of enemies. He can even hit all enemies with his skills, the only character other than Herta who can do this.

His unlockable bonus abilities grant him built-in critical strike damage, energy regeneration per fight, and built-in critical strike chance. You can invest a small amount in his Traces, as concentrating on his Lightning Lord talent works well, and building him is pretty straightforward.

As for his weaknesses, aside from some obvious weaknesses. This character has better single target potential and some area-of-effect damage. And the amount of control you have over using DPS characters, and the burden they place on your skill point economy is a sticking point.

Honkai Star Rail: The Ultimate Jing Yuan Guide

For example, in extreme cases we have Seele. We want to maintain her speed buff through skill points at all times. Because she often consumes extra skill points after it knocked an enemy down.

But she has high control because her gameplay is very predictable and doesn’t depend on any RNG. And the only reason she’s still popular is because she maximizes her value when there are more enemies to take down, but that’s conditional.

On the other hand, we also have Qingque, who is my favorite character because she is so different from all the other DPS. Of course, she has the least amount of control, as whether you match four tiles of the same kind to boost her base attack is ultimately a matter of luck.

Also Read: Honkai Star Rail: Everything The Rookie Player Needs To Know To Create Pela Build!

Even though she’s the only character who can eat all five of your skill points in one turn, the most value she gets from any character is doing only basic attacks. Because she draws a new card every round of allies, and can accumulate those big cards without technically using any skill points to hit.

So the reason I bring this up first is that Jing Yuan’s problem is unique to him. Unlike other low control characters, because of their low control, it usually rate them at a rather low level. And Jing Yuan doesn’t need to meet certain conditions to do well.

Himeko needs a lot of enemies with the right weaknesses to break through them and make follow-up attacks. Herta needs lots of weaker enemies so she can follow up with them when they’re below half health. And Arlan wants low health, but not so low that he’s in danger of dying.

Honkai Star Rail: Jing Yuan Biggest Problem

Jing Yuan’s Lightning Lord damage random scatter definitely plays a role here. But I think his low control has more to do with his inability to reliably weaken larger enemies, only giving up control that delays enemy action.

First, while his abilities can hit all five enemies at once, they are less effective at breaking through weak spots. While Lightning Lord’s speed can be affected by increasing its stacks, it won’t give you the same level of control as other characters. Since a lot of times you’ll end up getting hit before it activates, as such, you better hope the attack doesn’t stun you and cancel the whole thing.

Another major weakness of Jing Yuan is his excessive skill point reliance. As far as I know, he’s the only character in the game that actively loses when using his basic attack. Because that’s the only way to not build a stack on his Lightning Lord unless it’s maxed out.

Characters like Jing Yuan and Himeko obviously have special use cases where they can work. But those characters aren’t common enough in the game’s current lineup of challenging content.

His kit took a super unique idea and executed it well, but the flaws in the design really frustrate him. Until then I don’t recommend using him unless you really like his character or already know you’ll like his gameplay.

    Synergies

However, I recognize his strengths. His kit is objectively well designed, especially his ability to function as a DPS is different. It all deals with damage to enemies, and the way he does it isn’t a mashup of abilities other characters already have.

His abilities help create particularly powerful synergies with Speed Support and Power Support, as they give him more opportunities to build stacks on his Lightning Lord.

Honkai Star Rail: Jing Yuan Light Cones

I think we’ll see more of these characters in the future when we get more Harmony characters. Especially if we get a character that supports follow-on attack damage, like Sampo supports damage-over-time abilities.

As mentioned, you may also want to pair him with someone who can consistently generate those skill points for the team. At times, his uniqueness can backfire, as there are currently a limited number of Light Cones in the game, but Jing Yuan’s selection is not bad.

Sure, his signature “Before Dawn” is pretty good for him, but “Birth of the Self” is also another option that boosts follow-up attack damage. While “Night on the Wilky Way” isn’t amazing overall, it does deliver 5-star stats. And “Make the World Clamor” is the only thing I probably wouldn’t consider the low power budget of his ultimate abilities in his entire kit.

So while Jing Yuan isn’t my favorite character, I really appreciate what he brings to the table. Unique gameplay with powerful strengths and identifiable weaknesses.

If you want to try this role too, getting a proper Honkai Star Rail Account might be the fastest way. There’s obvious room for him to be indirectly buffed by other supporting characters. I also look forward to seeing it continue to be fleshed out in future updates.

  • 3 Best Flicker Strike Builds In Path Of Exile 3.21 Crucible

Many players are curious which is the best Flicker Strike build in Path Of Exile. So here, we’ll pick three builds for this particular theme and analyze them in terms of their respective skills and strengths and weaknesses.

    Nightblade Flicker Strike Raider

The first Flicker build is my personal favorite, Nightblade Flicker Strike Raider with Ranger class. This is a building where you can have it all. It can easily reach 10 million+ DPS. It’s a super tank, super fast as you can see in the game.

On the plus side of this build, I think it’s one of the most balanced builds I’ve played. It has super speed, damage and survivability. It also has satisfying blast gameplay.

Now listing the cons, I would say this build is not cheap. You’ll need some mandatory unique items that will cost more than one Divine Orb. There is also the problem that you need to control your character. Like with bosses like Queen Atziri and The Shaper, you need to know which clone to attack and keep an eye on your position.

Path Of Exile 3.21: Nightblade Flicker Strike Raider

Considering the budget, you’ll need at least six Divine Orbs to group them together. Luckily, you can get all the gear you need for this build through POE Currency.

Additionally, this build requires three mandatory unique items. First is Farrul’s Fur Body Armor, which ensures you always have a full Frenzy Charge on hand.

Next we also need a Yoke of Suffering Amulet, which makes all of our elemental damage stun enemies. Make them suffer more damage from all aspects. Finally, we need to turn the tank into a damage Perseverance Belt. It adds 1% damage for every 200 points of Armor and the lowest value between Evasion.

It also has a lot of boss damage. Especially when you can use Berserk skill. But this attack also does less damage to Pinnacle boss when it’s harder for us to accumulate rage.

This build has almost 200 000 effective health. Because it has High Armor, High Evasion, 100% Spell Suppression over 30% chance to block and high chance to avoid Elemental Ailments. I only pointed it out because of its low health regen and easy poisoning.

    Infernal Flicker Strike Ascendant

Next up is Purity of Fire, which can also Freeze and Shock enemies. It is an Infernal Flicker Strike Ascendant with Scion class. This build is using their unique sword Oro’s Sacrifice to maintain Frenzy Charges you need to keep Flickering.

When it comes to the strengths of this build, its clearing speed must be on the list. Flicker is incredibly fast and super cool to play. This build also has amazing boss damage and high survivability.

Now to list the cons, the first thing that comes to mind is that you are always in proximity to enemies, which puts you in a weak position. Another problem is that you have little control over your character, which makes it difficult to watch your position or attack the right enemy bosses.

Path Of Exile 3.21: Infernal Flicker Strike Ascendant

As for the budget, you can get an early endgame map and progress to the Yellow Map for only about 90 Chaos. I suggest that you can invest about 120 Chaos to complete your Atlas.

This build requires three mandatory unique items. The first and foremost is Oro’s Sacrifice, which lets you keep your Frenzy Charges alive at all times, even while Flickering.

Next we also need a Call of the Void Ring, which cools your attacks and smashes enemies. Lastly, we also need a Yoke of Suffering Amulet, which will cause all your damage to stun enemies, causing them to take more damage.

Like any other Flicker Strike, this build is also very fast. This build achieves high DPS, capable of destroying even the biggest bosses in mere seconds.

    Flicker Strike Slayer

Finally, we have the classic and destructive Flicker Strike Slayer of Duelist class. This build is done by using Terminus Est to maintain Frenzy Charges you need to keep Flickering. For starters, here’s a great and simple build of Flicker Strike.

Talking about the advantages of the build, it actually has the same advantages as other Flicker builds. It’s surprisingly fast and has great boss damage. It now also has instant Life Leech for increased survivability.

Path Of Exile 3.21: Flicker Strike Slayer

Now to list the cons, I have to say that you are always very close to the enemy, which puts you in a weak position. Another problem is that you need to have a little control over your own character, which makes it difficult to watch your position or attack the correct enemy bosses.

As for Budget, you get a destructive early endgame map that requires around 90 Chaos and easily advances to Yellow Maps. I suggest you can invest around 120 Chaos and easily complete your Atlas.

For this build, you only need a mandatory unique item. Of course, keep your Frenzy Charges on your Terminus Est sword at all times, even when Flickering. It’s so easy to kill a boss like this.

That’s it, the above is what I consider the three best Flicker Strike builds in Path Of Exile. Which is your favourite? Please let me know what you think. Hope you have fun.

  • Elden Ring: How To Create The Best Strength And Faith Build? - Star Sentinel

Seriously, Star Sentinel build is unstoppable while we’re in full tank mode with super high Magic Damage Negation and Poise.

We’re trying to maintain power, we’re constantly recovering, and we have a good chance of having dual Great Stars and high Affinities with our attacks. Not only do we have abilities like Godslayer’s Seal, Prayerful Strike Ash Of War, and Blessing of the Erdtree. We also have gear like Talisman and Bull-Goat Set.

The most important thing is that players can make this build when they first start the game, the threshold is very low. We also have optional defensive Incantations against different bosses. Here I’ll show you the build from all sides.

Elden Ring: best Strength and Faith Build

    The Gear

Let’s start by taking a deeper look at gear and settings. Our weapon of choice is dual Great Stars plus 25 stars with high Affinities, Prayerful Strike Ash Of War, and our off-hand.

    Weapons

Plus, we have Godslayer’s Seal plus 25 Incantations. Since Great Hammers in patch 1.09 added speed range recovery time and stat scaling, you can get two great Great Stars weapons in Altus Plateau.

Of these, one comes from a chest on the guarded Carriages on the map, and the other can only be dropped by defeating Magnus The Beast Claw.

Elden Ring: Prayerful Strike Ash Of War

    Armor

On the map, players can find heavy Affinity’s Iron Whetblade in the armory at Stormveil Castle. The invisible Teardrop Scarab and Prayerful Strike Ash Of War drop under the short rock tunnel after unlocking Stonesword Key. Leyndell Royal Capital armor and Talisman at the west entrance make us stronger.

    Talismans

We have a Bull-Goat Set which makes us a full-fledged tank with super high Poise. You can find Talisman by killing Great Horned Tragoth in Volcano Manor dungeon.

We’ll still have some variation depending on the situation. But we’ll start by finding Bull-Goat’s Talisman, which reduces Poise’s damage. We think it’s great in combination with our super high Poise. Also, you can get Bull-Goat’s Talisman from behind Dragonbarrow Cave at the entrance.

Next, we have Great-Jar’s Arsenal, which is increasing our gear loadout so we can maintain our medium roll speed. From it you can earn Great-Jar’s Arsenal as a reward for completing Great Challenge of defeating three NPC duelists in Dragonbarrow to the north.

    Elden Ring: Bull-Goat's Talisman

Then we have 2 Erdtree’s Favor plus two that can improve my our Health, Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman of Stamina. This greatly improves our Damage Negation.

We find an enclosed area from Ashen Capital to the left of Forbidden Lands. And Greatshield Talisman is located in Miquella’s Haligtree. It’s on a chest on an elevated platform inside the enormous building to the northeast, guarded by several monsters.

    Incantations

We’ll look at the same strategy later with Incantations. And Old Lord’s Talisman is also another option that can be toggled in Flask of Wondrous Physick for a longer duration buff.

For even more damage offset, you might also consider one of Crystal Tears. We have Bloodflame Blade, which you can find on Scarab near Rose Church in Liunia of Lakes. You also get Blessing of the Erdtree, which heals us well over time. We can find this in Queen’s Bedchambers in Leyndell Royal Capital.

Elden Ring: Blessing of the Erdtree

Then we have a series of Damage Negation Incantations. We can choose Black Flame’s Protection depending on what we’re fighting, greatly improving our physical defenses.

Next we have Barrier of Gold, which greatly increases our magic defense. We can find this at Royal Capital after fighting Shade of Godfrey. Finally, Black Flame’s Protection greatly increases our fire resistance. These defensive attacks and healing Incantations all help a lot with our builds.

    Stat Spread

Next, let’s look at the statistics. Then we can get into the fight and see how all the gear mentioned above works for us. I started with Hero Class and our goal is to maximize Strength.

This build is Faith 60 points, Endurance 46 points, Strength 80 points, Dexterity 12 points. So with all of that in place, we’re now breaking the mold. Next, let’s talk about our Star Sentinel battle.

    Elden Ring: Stat Spread

    Combat

We start by optimizing our Blessing Of The Erdtree with Golden Vow and whatever defensive spell works best for the situation. We can use Flask of Wondrous Physick, restore FP and turn on Bloodflame Blade.

Then we switch to our dual Great Stars. We could easily trade with most bosses, and not only did Great Stars heal us and hit enemies, but they did blood damage. So, there’s no doubt that Star Sentinel is an unstoppable powerful building.

    Final Thoughts

If you also have a Star Sentinel, I’d love to hear how you tweak this build. Also, I still recommend that you take advantage of Elden Ring Runes to get some suitable gear when creating this build. Trust me, this will definitely make your build stronger. Don’t forget that you can also get a 5% discount in IGGM.com with the code “CSCCA”. Come and try it out!
